A Future of Service
At the Community Choice Foundation, we support individuals who use their ambition to uplift others. This year, we proudly award Caitlin Williams from Pleasant Lake, whose journey is driven by resilience, service, and a commitment to creating change.
As a mother of two and an educator, Caitlin has dedicated her life to helping students beyond the classroom. Her firsthand experience with the emotional struggles children face inspired her to pursue a Master’s in Social Work. After nearly a decade of dreaming, Caitlin is finally taking the leap.
Her commitment to service goes beyond academics. She volunteers her time offering free yoga sessions to seniors, children, and individuals battling mental health challenges. Her decision to pursue social work is more than a career move—it is a calling.
Caitlin’s chosen school, Spring Arbor University, offers built-in clinical hours and flexible scheduling, allowing her to balance education, work, and family. She is excited to focus on her studies and continue making a difference, and we can’t wait to see her accomplishments.
