Scholarships
Congratulations to our 2025 scholarship recipients! These deserving scholars represent Michigan’s best and brightest in three distinct categories: graduating high school seniors, and those pursuing continuing education and skilled trades programs.
Uma Ludwig of Warren is an outstanding scholar and environmental advocate. As a 4.5 GPA valedictorian who excelled in both STEM and college-level coursework, she is committed to pursuing Environmental Engineering at Michigan Technological University. Her long-term goals include conducting water research and becoming a chief sustainability officer to help organizations adopt environmentally responsible practices. Already an Eagle Scout and Girl Scout Gold Award recipient, Uma has demonstrated her impact through projects like building a greenhouse for a Detroit food bank and installing crating stations in state parks. We know Uma will make the world a better place, and we’re proud to help her on her journey.
