To enroll in e-Statements, or to modify your statement preferences, login to e-Banking, select My Activity, and select e-Statements/Notices.
Keep an eye on your accounts through text or email. e-Alerts send convenient notifications for your savings, checking, and other share accounts based on your preferences. Automatically receive account balances, transactions, and more on whatever schedule you choose. All notifications are sent between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
To begin choosing which e-Alerts you wish to receive, login to e-Banking, select Settings, then select e-Alerts.
Pay bills quickly and conveniently with e-Pay, free for all checking account holders. See payees, payments, e-Bills, and balances all from one convenient page.

Access your credit card information directly within e-Banking. In addition to seeing your transactions, you can setup travel alerts, freeze/unfreeze your existing cards, activate new cards and more.
Our Telebanking system gives you 24-hour access to your Community Choice Credit Union account. Perform a variety of transactions toll-free from wherever you are.
Access Telebanking via phone with your Community Choice account number and your personal identification number (PIN). If you haven't yet customized your PIN, it will be the last four digits of your social security number.

On May 29, the Telebanking menu changed, giving you more account access than ever before, including access to your loans, CDs and IRA certificates.
You will continue to use the same phone number above. When accessing the new Telebanking for the first time, you will be prompted to perform a one-time security verification by entering your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then need to select a new Personal Identification Number (PIN).
