To enroll in e-Statements, or to modify your statement preferences, login to e-Banking, select Settings, and select Statement preferences.
Life is busy. With everything you have on your mind, customized e-Alerts will keep you on top of things that matter most. You can schedule your alerts to be delivered between 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
To begin choosing which e-Alerts you wish to receive, login to e-Banking, select Settings, then select Alerts.

Exploring credit card details in e-Banking
Your phone is your friend. Telebanking allows you to check your account balances, transfer money between accounts, and complete other transactions from a touch tone phone. It's a free, convenient way to monitor your account.
Access Telebanking via phone with your Community Choice account number and your personal identification number (PIN). If you haven't yet customized your PIN, it will be the last four digits of your social security number.

You can easily access your account via text.
First, make sure you’re enrolled in e-Banking. Log in to e-Banking and select the Services tab. From there, scroll down to Text Banking and follow the prompts to enroll.
To enable your preferred text abilities, go to Settings and then Account Preferences. Click on the account you would like text access to and click on the SMS/Text button to turn it on.
Once set up, it’s as easy as texting BAL to 226563 for a list of all your balances.
