e-Statements are the fastest way to get an overview of your monthly account activity. When you choose free, fast, and green e-Statements, you’ll avoid a monthly fee and make a decision that’s good for the environment.

  • Access monthly or quarterly statements and tax statements anytime

To enroll in e-Statements, or to modify your statement preferences, login to e-Banking, select My Activity, and select e-Statements/Notices.


Life is busy. With everything you have on your mind, customized e-Alerts will keep you on top of things that matter most. You can schedule your alerts to be delivered between 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. 

To begin choosing which e-Alerts you wish to receive, login to e-Banking, select Settings, then select e-Alerts.


Whether you’re paying the electric bill, the babysitter, or making a charitable donation, sending a payment has never been easier! Use e-Pay for easy electronic payments.

Manage Your Community Choice Visa®

Access your credit card information directly within e-Banking. In addition to seeing your transactions, you can setup travel alerts, freeze/unfreeze your existing cards, activate new cards and more.


Your phone is your friend. Telebanking allows you to check your account balances, transfer money between accounts, and complete other transactions from a touch tone phone. It's a free, convenient way to monitor your account.

Access Telebanking via phone with your Community Choice account number and your personal identification number (PIN). If you haven't yet customized your PIN, it will be the last four digits of your social security number.

Telebanking Update

On May 29, the Telebanking menu changed, giving you more account access than ever before, including access to your loans, CDs and IRA certificates.

You will continue to use the same phone number above. When accessing the new Telebanking for the first time, you will be prompted to perform a one-time security verification by entering your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then need to select a new Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Text Banking
BAL Balance Information 

Text BAL for all enabled share balance information. Text BAL + SMS/Text Display Name/nickname.

For example: BAL SAV (savings)
HIST Transaction History

Text HIST + SMS/Text Display

Name/nickname for specific share
transaction history.  The last ten transactions can be retrieved.

For example: HIST CHEC (checking)

XFER Transfer Money

Text XFER + from share SMS/Text Display

Name/nickname + to share SMS/text

Display Name/nickname + amount.

For example: XFER SAV CHEC 50.00
