Celebrate Our Communities, Members, and the Credit Union Difference
International Credit Union Day is Thursday, October 20, and it's a reminder that as a credit union member, you have taken an important step to Live Your Best (Financial) Life. It's why nearly 300 million people globally are credit union members.
Specifically, as a member of Community Choice Credit Union, we hope you value the ways in which we are here to support your financial goals.
We are always here to provide:
Financial Guidance and Education
This is something we have been offering for 88 years. This guidance comes with personalized service, access to online financial resources and more. Personal Advisors are an invaluable resource here too. Plus, stay tuned for more information on Choice Map, an intuitive tool that allows members to streamline their journey towards financial health.
Community Recognition and Support
Our credit union and team members at Community Choice Give Big, which is evidenced by the $100,000 in scholarships awarded this year, the nearly 10,000 hours of community service provided by employees and the attention and support we bring to worthy causes in our cities and neighborhoods. As we approach the holiday season, several of our member centers have already given mums, pumpkins, lunches, cups of cider and batches of donuts - with more 'goodies' on the way. Some have combined these events with clothing and food drives to support local charities.
A Shared Vision
We've talked about diversity, inclusion, and equity this year, and will continue to focus on operating with those tenants in mind. Our credit union members come from all demographics and backgrounds. They trust Community Choice because they all want a more personalized financial services experience. We've always believed Community = Everyone.
Let's celebrate ICU Day together!
Please join us on October 20 at any of our 20+ Member Centers for a celebration of ICU Day during regular business hours. Enter a drawing to win prizes and enjoy free refreshments.
While you're there, ask to speak with a Personal Advisor about how you can maximize your membership, or just stop in to share your thoughts about Michigan weather, football or even your weekend plans. Community Choice will always be here to share ideas on how to Live Our Best (Financial) Lives.
