Have an Insured Car? You’re Getting $400

March 25, 2022

Thanks to a change in Michigan’s auto insurance laws, many drivers will soon be receiving an unexpected refund! The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) is refunding $400 per eligible vehicle insured on an active Michigan auto policy as of October 31, 2021. The checks are being disbursed to eligible Michiganders as part of a surplus related to insurance requirements in the state.
