Community Choice provides a wide variety of e-Services so you can use your accounts with ease and convenience. Check out all of the ways you can keep things simple by exploring all our e-Services.

e-Banking

Take e-Banking for a test drive
Simply enter the following information in the upper right-hand corner in the e-Banking login boxes:

To protect your account security, Community Choice may block certain countries and individual I.P. addresses from accessing e-Banking. For further assistance with your account, please contact us.

e-Deposit

Save yourself a trip by depositing checks at home or on the go with e-Deposit.

e-Statements

Enrolling in e-Statements is a quicker, more convenient and environmentally-conscious replacement for your paper statement. 
  • Access monthly or quarterly statements and tax statements
  • View or print statements anytime
  • Free and secure 
  • 36-month statement history
To enroll in e-Statements or to modify your statement preferences, login to e-Banking, select the "Services" tab, and select e-Statement registration.

e-Alerts 

By using e-Alerts, you’ll receive notifications via text or email for your savings, checking and other share accounts based on your preferences. For instance, if you want to be notified of your account balance or if a check has cleared, you can receive an e-Alert at your choice of recurrence. All notifications are sent between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

To get started, log into e-Banking and click on the "Services" tab, then select "e-Alerts". From here, you can select which alerts you would like to receive. 



e-Pay

With our enhanced e-Pay service, pay bills quickly and conveniently. Plus, it’s free for all checking account holders!* Your e-Pay home screen which is located in e-Banking features a '360'dashboard—displaying payees, payments, e-Bills and balances all on one page. No need to click through multiple pages to make a payment.

Manage your Community Choice credit card 

Whether you are at home or on the road, access your credit card information through e-Banking or in our Visa mobile app. Check your balance on-the-go, add or remove a card, order a replacement card, or request a PIN.


Telebanking

Enjoy the convenience of 24-hour access to your Community Choice Credit Union account with our Telebanking system. One toll-free call allows you to perform a variety of transactions from the comfort of your home, office or car! 

All you need is a touch-tone phone, your Community Choice account number and your personal identification number (PIN). If you haven't yet customized your PIN, it will be the last four digits of your social security number.

MYCOOP text messaging

Now it is easier than ever to avoid paying bank ATM fees. With the MYCOOP text messaging service, you can find out which of the 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs in the US and Canada is closest to you at the touch of a button. Here's how:
  • Send a text message to MYCOOP (692667) from any mobile phone
  • In the body of the text message type one of the following:
  • Address of your location (with city and state)
  • ZIP code
  • Intersection (with city and state)
In less than a minute, MYCOOP will reply with the surcharge-free ATM location nearest you. If you want even more locations, simply reply to the message with “More” and additional surcharge-free ATM locations will be sent to you. This service is free to all Community Choice debit and ATM cardholders. Your standard text-messaging rates will apply, so contact your wireless provider for their rate information.

*e-Pay is free for active users. A $10 inactivity fee is charged after 60 days.
