Remote services, including online and mobile banking, ATMs and drive thrus, and our 24/7 Member Contact Center are still the safest and most convenient way to do your banking. Please review this list of common services to see all you can do from the comfort of your home.

The health and safety of all members and team members remains our highest priority. We have embraced new safety measures for in-person services, including limiting the number of members in our lobby, social distancing, and wearing face coverings inside our member centers.

What to Expect When You Visit

Social Distancing

All team members and members will remain 6 ft apart. You may be asked to wait safely outside or in your vehicle when we are at capacity.

 PPE

You are required to wear a face covering to enter a member center, unless you are medically exempt. Our team members will continue to wear face coverings to protect you. We thank you for wearing a face covering to protect them.

 Sanitation

Sanitization stations will be available to you. Our teams are also diligently cleaning throughout the day.

 Locations

Our lobbies and drive thrus will be available 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Our lobbies will also open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the exception of our Farmington Hills location.

Our Southfield Member Center, located inside The Tenneco Headquarters Building is currently closed.

Our 24/7 Member Contact Center and powerful digital banking tools will help you bank conveniently and safely. If you are ill, we implore you to use remote services for the health of all other members and our team members. Our member centers with drive-thru service now include more services traditionally offered inside-only. The following member centers provide limited lobby services by appointment only and expanded drive-thru offerings:

  • Hillsdale
  • Warren
  • Redford
  • Troy
  • New Hudson
  • Livonia/Westland

We also continue to offer our standard lobby services, while retaining a one-to-one team member to member ratio and appropriate social distancing, in the following member centers:

  • Dearborn Heights
  • St Clair Shores

Additionally, our Muskegon and Eastpointe member centers also provide expanded drive-thru offerings.

The fastest and most convenient way to check balances, deposit checks, and transfers funds is through e-Banking, or visiting an ATM. If you need assistance using e-Banking, we can help. Tutorials are available on our web site, and you can always give us a call, or chat us.

 Call us 24 hours a day at 877.243.2528 for live support or access to telephone banking.

 Click on CommunityChoice.com for ongoing updates and access to e-Banking on your desktop computer.

 Mobile Banking is always available. Do everything you can do on your desktop computer, plus deposit checks with your smartphone camera.

 Chat with us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at CommunityChoice.com

 Visit us at a fee-free ATM or drive thru if you need access to cash. We strongly encourage remote banking, but if you need to visit, our lobbies are open and we are following the Centers for Disease Control’s recommended practices for hygiene and social distance.

Dear Valued Members,

Throughout our 85 years serving members, two things have been true. First, following our nation’s hardest moments, we come out stronger and more resilient. Second, Community Choice Credit Union is always here for our neighbors. Rest assured, your credit union is strong, secure and here for you when you need us.

We continue to provide 24-hour access to your accounts and encourage you to bank electronically. If you are feeling ill and need access to cash, please use our drive-through services or ATMs.

We are taking additional measures in our buildings for the health and safety of all members and team members, including:

  • Minimizing the number of members in our lobbies and creating additional space between our team members and members
  • Allowing healthy team members to wear masks for their own protection and comfort
  • Instructing sick team members to remain home on paid sick leave
  • Continuing to regularly disinfect commonly touched surfaces and allowing team members to take frequent breaks to wash their hands
  • Continually monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and public officials and complying with all recommendations
