If you used the previous Community Choice mobile app, and you have automatic app updates enabled, the e-Banking app should magically appear on your device. If you find your mobile app isn't working as expected, you may need to update your app manually in your app store.
Please be aware that our Visa Mobile App is being discontinued on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
You'll have peace of mind knowing you can handle all of your banking needs within one mobile app now, instead of having a separate app for Visa only. You can also view transaction history, add travel alerts, freeze and unfreeze cards, as well as easily request balance transfers within the e-Banking app!

Send a text message to MYCOOP (91989) from any mobile phone
In the body of the text message type one of the following:
Address of your location (with city and state)
Intersection (with city and state)
MYCOOP will promptly reply with the surcharge-free ATM location nearest you. For more locations, reply to the message with “More.” This service is free to all Community Choice debit and ATM cardholders. Standard text-messaging rates apply.
