Community Choice e-Banking mobile app

You'll find e-Banking on your phone is quite similar to the desktop experience, including:

  • View all your Community Choice accounts and, with a few clicks, add outside accounts for a complete overview of your finances. 

  • Monitor your monthly spending and more with built-in Financial Tools

  • Transfer money and even send payments to friends and family with just an email address or phone number.

  • Manage your Community Choice Mastercard accounts with easier access.

  • Customize account names for quick identification. Saving for a big purchase can now become “Summer Vacation” or “Dream Home” – whatever you have in mind.

  • NEW: The latest version of our e-Banking mobile app features the ability to receive security and e-Alerts by push notification.

e-Deposit a check from anywhere, at any time! With just the snap of a photo, you can deposit checks into your account, saving you time and a trip to one of our member centers. Standard check holds may apply.

If you used the previous Community Choice mobile app, and you have automatic app updates enabled, the e-Banking app should magically appear on your device. If you find your mobile app isn't working as expected, you may need to update your app manually in your app store.

Apple Pay

You can make simple and safe purchases by adding your Community Choice credit and debit cards to Apple Pay.

MYCOOP Text Messaging

Use the MYCOOP text messaging service to find out which of the 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs in the US and Canada is closest to you:

  • Send a text message to MYCOOP (91989) from any mobile phone 

  • In the body of the text message type one of the following: 

    • Address of your location (with city and state) 

    • ZIP code 

    • Intersection (with city and state) 

MYCOOP will promptly reply with the surcharge-free ATM location nearest you. For more locations, reply to the message with “More.” This service is free to all Community Choice debit and ATM cardholders. Standard text-messaging rates apply.
