We've upgraded our Visa Debit and Credit Cards to Contactless Mastercard® Debit and Credit Cards.
We've mailed you everything you need to "make the flip" to transition to new contactless debit and credits.
Since we’ve piqued your interest, here are answers to some of the questions you’re probably asking yourself.
When will I get my new card?
We’ll issue new cards from August – November.
Members whose current debit cards expire soon will receive theirs first. You'll get prenotification letters and emails when your debit and credit cards are on the way.
You can continue using your current debit card until you receive your new Community Choice Debit Mastercard.
Do I have to change my PIN on my debit card?
You MUST select a PIN during the activation process for transactions to process. If you wish to use your previous PIN, simply re-enter your current PIN when you activate your card.
What about subscriptions and payments?
We’re working to ensure the majority of automatic payments change, well, automatically. When it’s your turn, we’ll help you determine if additional action is needed.

Is Mastercard universally accepted?
Mastercard is accepted almost everywhere you can use a credit card or debit card. Millions of merchants in more than 210 countries and territories take Mastercard. That includes more than 10.5 million retailers in the U.S. alone. Mastercard may not be accepted at retail chains that have an exclusive agreement with another card network. For example, Costco accepts Mastercard for online purchases and Costco In-store only accepts Mastercard PIN/POS purchases.
Which card will I see in e-Banking?
Once your Mastercard is on the way to you, this card will be viewable within e-Banking. You will also continue to see your Visa card within e-Banking, which will allow you to view your Visa transactions and statements until January 2022.
If you prefer, you can remove the Visa tile from view on the Home page. First, log in to e-Banking and select Settings followed by Account Preferences. Choose Visa and toggle off the Account Visibility selections.
