We're passionate about helping people, giving back and making a difference. Community Choice originated 81 years ago in the Redford community when a group of neighbors put $5 into a bowl that anyone could borrow from in a time of need.
Today, we continue the tradition, and live out the credit union

It's feedback we consistently receive from team members. You arrive on your first day feeling like the newbie and by the time you leave it will feels like you've spent the day with old friends. We place a high value on the relationships we create with our team members.

Each week, team members have an opportunity to anonymously answer a question, provide feedback and celebrate their peers through a TINYpulse survey. We value feedback and use the comments to make changes that positively impact our teams and team members.
