When cannabis-related businesses in Michigan had nowhere to turn, Donna saw an opportunity to do what Community Choice has always done: show up for members that other institutions wouldn’t. She created the Choice Cash Services program from scratch, assembled a team around it, and turned it into one of the most trusted cannabis banking programs in the region.

That’s the throughline of everything Donna does. She meets business owners where they are, figures out what’s actually getting in the way, and makes the banking side of things feel manageable, whether they’re brand new to the industry or years deep in it.
