Congratulations to our 2021 Scholarship Winners
On May 11, the Community Choice Foundation proudly welcomed 25 new scholarship winners into its Circle of Scholars! The new class of honorees joins 270 past winners of this distinguished award.
In total, 15 scholarships of $5,000 were presented to high school seniors, while six others earned $2,500 scholarships for continuing education and four earned $2,500 to pursue training in a skilled trade.
The Foundation has awarded $1.3 million in scholarships since launching the program in 2009. Each year, scholarship recipients pledge to use their education to Give Big™ in Michigan by living and working here after they graduate. Their skills and knowledge make Michigan a better place to work and live.
Our applicants are truly deserving. Some have overcome challenges yet still find it in their hearts to help others; others have dreams and ambitions that could one day change the world. That’s what we’re looking for in our scholarship recipients. This year’s honorees have heart, compassion, and intelligence.
Congratulations and best of luck to the Community Choice Foundation’s 2021 scholars:
