What exactly is e-Pay?
It is a service that allows you to pay virtually anyone or any company through your e-banking account. It’s safe, secure and easy to use.
How are payments delivered?
Payments can be sent in two ways, electronically or by paper check; the majority go out electronically.
Is it safe to use?
Yes! Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure and encrypted transmission. Paper checks are mailed through U.S. Postal Service.
Can I stop a payment?
Yes! To cancel a pending payment in e-Pay, log in to e-Banking and select Move Money > Pay Bills. On the Payment Activity page select the payment that you would like to cancel and follow the prompts.
How do I sign up?
It’s simple. Log in to e-Banking and click on Pay Bills. For questions about e-Pay, please contact the e-Pay support line at 866.673.0125.
