In an age where we can make a phone call through our watch, the thermostat in our home can sense when we walk into a room and adjust the temperature, and our refrigerator can alert us when we’re low on milk, doing your banking is equally as convenient!
An increasing number of our members are doing their banking remotely, so we want to make sure your e-Banking experience is as intuitive and easy as possible. With that in mind, we’ve recently made some changes that we think you’ll really enjoy.
You likely won’t notice any changes when you first sign on, but as soon as you click on the Menu option and choose what you’re looking for, you will quickly see the improvements we’ve made. Rather than an expanded dropdown menu, you will now see a page of tiles. To save you time and extra clicks, each tile has a description of what’s in it before you click.
For example, the Pay a Friend (P2P) tile has a description reading, "Send money to someone who banks at another credit union or bank.”
If you were interested in making a donation to the Community Choice Foundation to help us continue funding $100,000 each year in scholarships, simply click on the Donate to our Foundation tile on the Transfers page. The tile has a description, as well.
Each page is searchable. The top of each page of tiles has a bar where you can type in what you’re looking for. Now that’s convenient!

What’s your GetBigReward$ status?
Our GetBigReward$ program allows us to reward members who fully engage with the credit union with reward credits, which are used to cover any fees their account may incur during the month. Emerald Level members earn $9 per month in reward credits.
And we always want you to know where you stand so you can get the most out of your membership.
Part of the e-Banking upgrade is a new, customized GetBigReward$ screen that will allow you to check and monitor your reward status. We’ll calculate that for you, and you’ll know how close you are to Emerald status with just a glance. This convenient update is located on the Services page under Account Management.
What’s the routing number?
We know there are occasions when you need our routing number to create or schedule a payment or withdrawal. So we’ve added the Community Choice routing number to the bottom of every screen.
These new and improved enhancements will make your experience easier, and they will be consistent throughout all of your devices.
