Wendi Diacono, AIF, CFS is a Financial Planner who offers various asset management programs to individuals and business owners through Community Choice Investment Services. Wendi is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and an Investment Advisor Representative. She takes a holistic approach to the financial planning process specializing in Retirement Planning.

Over the years, Wendi has created a business environment where clients enjoy a high level of personalized service.
After attaining a Bachelor’s in Humanities from Western Washington University with a Minor in Economics she entered the financial services industry in 1999. Wendi holds an AIF and CFS and is actively involved in local charitable organizations where she lives and works. Wendi lives in the Metro Detroit area with her husband Dewain, and they enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking and anything that has to do with animals, the water, friends and family.
Michael McCauley (CRPC)
Michael McCauley covers the following member centers: Warren, Troy, Royal Oak, Farmington Hills, Eastpointe, Wyandotte, Flat Rock, Shelby Township and Holland.
Michael McCauley strongly believes in an approach that is holistic and client-centered. He specializes in the areas where clients need strategy such as asset allocation, generating income, and retirement planning. This is accomplished with sensitivity to tax and estate concerns after understanding the circumstances which are unique to each client.
You can expect him to act in your interests and with undivided loyalty. His process begins with discussing what objectives are most important to you. Next, there will be research and analysis that will help align reasonable expectations that are appropriate for your level of risk and return. He will exercise care, skill, diligence, and objectivity in evaluating, recommending, and reviewing investment options that are suitable. Assets within your portfolio will be appropriately diversified to mitigate risk and volatility. All investment activities, recommendations, and decisions are conducted in a thorough, objective, and prudent manner. This is all accomplished with the use of an independent broker-dealer, Cetera Advisor Networks, that ensures recommendations are free of conflicts so that your advice is of the highest quality.
Michael holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Baker College where he studied accounting and finance. Currently, he pursues the completion of his PhD with a dissertation focused on the challenges retirement plan participants face with asset allocation. He is dually registered as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and an Investment Advisor Representative. In addition, he is registered in eight different states while holding licenses for Life, Accident, and Health Contracts in Michigan to enable him to provide advice on both life and long-term care insurance..
Michael has been awarded the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Additionally, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). Michael enjoys volunteering, is active within his faith community, and supports the American Red Cross. Weather permitting, he may be found boating on Lake St. Clair. He and his wife live in Farmington Hills with their daughters.
